The People section delivers a complete view of all the people in your organization and allows you to effectively manage your team and resources across all your project at any stage.
From here, you can track your resources to optimize utilization, assign the best people based on accurate availability and shifting demands.
People > List
In the upper-right corner, you'll see a series of 4 icons that allow you to further customize what is displayed:
Issues are highlighted with an orange circle to point out any over-allocations to a resource. You can select the person that is highlighted and view and rectify the over-allocations under the Issues tab.
Editing a Person
Click on any user to bring that person into context. From there you can edit any attribute as well as quickly view any scheduling issues that the person may have. You can also edit the person's details and contacts (eg. phone number) with the user in context.
Clicking on any colored Project name tags will pull open that project in the project-centric view.
Adding a new Person
The Add a Person icon in the bottom right will allow you to add a new person to your organization. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*).
People > Gantt
Under the Gantt chart view, you have the ability to zoom in/out by moving the Gantt slider timeline left/right.
To the upper-right, you also have 2 checkboxes that allow you to filter and only display availability or over allocation bars.
Hover your mouse pointer over any blue/orange allocation bar to see what projects that person is on during that period.
Clicking on any person will pull open that person's profile in the Edit view.
