Your mobile app keeps crashing or freezing on your phone.
- Confirm that your phone software is up to date (you can check this in your phone settings)
- Confirm that your Bridgit app is up to date (you can check this in the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play store (Android/Tablet)
- Restart your device
- Log out/log back in - *DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE PENDING ITEMS
- Delete/reinstall the app - *DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE PENDING ITEMS
After each step, open the app again to see if it fixes the crashing issue before you attempt the next step. If the issue persists after performing all the above steps, please reach out to our Support here.
