We recommend downloading reports when the email is received because reports will remain on Bridgit servers for 60 days.
If you are experiencing difficulty downloading a copy of your exported report, try the following steps:
1. Send the report to your email. Learn more on how to do that here.
2. Check the resulting email in your inbox. There should be a Download my report button.
3. Right-click the Download my report button and select "Save Link As". This accesses the document as a direct link allowing you an alternate method to download it directly.
