Step 1: Log into Bridgit and select the project you will be working on
Step 2: Select the "Filters" button from the top menu
You'll see a drop-down menu with the filtering options. You can filter by status, assignee, tags, date, location, created by and inspection type. You can choose to filter by one option or multiple options.
Step 3: Choose your filtering options. In this example, we need to send a list of outstanding tasks to a trade to complete. Select the "Have the status" filter and click the check-box beside "Open"
Step 4: Select the "+ Add filter" button to add an additional filter
Step 5: Choose the "Are assigned to" filter and select the trade you want to filter by
Step 6: At this point, you can click "Apply" and view all tasks that are "Open" and assigned to "ABC Contracting." At the top-left, you can see the filters that have been applied and on the top-right, you can see the total tasks that meet your filter criteria
*NOTE: To export the report, simply select the reporting tab at the top right of the screen, choose the report type and title (or keep the default title) for your report and click "Email" to have the report sent to your email inbox or click "Download" to download the report directly.
**NOTE: If you plan on pulling this report frequently, you can name the report and click "Save & Apply"
So that the next time you need to pull this report, you can go to "Saved Filter Groups"
And select the filter and click "Apply"
