If you are having issues with your mobile app, try the following steps:
- Confirm that your phone software is up-to-date (you can check this in your phone settings)
- Confirm that your Bridgit app is up to date. You can check this in the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play store (Android/Tablet)
- Restart your device
- Log out/log back in - *DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE PENDING ITEMS
- Delete/re-install the app - *DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE PENDING ITEMS
